The basketball community is mourning the loss of the wife of San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich. The team announced that Erin Popovich passed away Wednesday morning. The two were married for four decades and had two children and two grandchildren. It’s not known if Popovich will coach San Antonio in Game Three against the Warriors at the AT&T Center on Thursday. The Spurs trail the best-of-seven series two-games-to-none.
