Fresh off of celebrating the men and women who served in this nation’s armed forces on Veterans Day, President Barack Obama will honor one Army veteran by awarding him the Medal of Honor today. In a White House ceremony, Captain Florent Groberg will receive the nation’s highest military award for heroism in Afghanistan in 2012 from the nation’s Commander-In-Chief.
