The software fix for the grounded Boeing 737 MAX airliner is still weeks away.  The FAA said in a statement that time is needed for Boeing to make sure that the right issues have been identified and addressed.  The plane was grounded last month after two deadly crashes in the span of several months.  The FAA promises a “rigorous safety review” to make sure the new software addresses the issue.  It will not approve the software if it’s not satisfied with it.
