Katy Perry is taking major steps to encourage everyone to go out and vote. She wore a ballot-inspired dress at a free concert/campaign event in a historically minority neighborhood just outside of downtown Las Vegas.

The “Fireworks” singer performed at the same time Air Force One landed at McCarran International Airport on the other side of town. President Obama later made an appearance motivating the audience to cast their votes as well.

“I believe in you. I need you to keep believing in me,” he told the crowd of more than 10,000 people.

Perry also inspired the audience to make their voice heard.

“Don’t wait. Go tomorrow,” she said. “How many of you are 18 here? It’s going to be your first time, right?”

President Obama cast his vote yesterday in a pit stop in Chicago and FLOTUS Michelle Obama voted last week.
