NFL Hall of Famer Michael Irvin is being tested for throat cancer. The former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver posted on Instagram Tuesday he had to get a biopsy in California because he had been having trouble speaking for several months. Irvin says he’s terrified about the possible prognosis because his father died of throat cancer. He is asking for prayers for his family. There’s no word on when the NFL Network commentator will find out the results of the tests.
