Well the Golf world has been put on notice as Tiger Woods fell short of winning the Valspar Championship at Innisbrook, missing a birdie attempt on the 18th hole that would of forced a playoff. Woods carded a one-under par to finish at minus-nine for the tournament. Paul Casey fired a six-under 65 in Sunday’s final round to win the tournament at minus-10.
But this showing Woods had over the weekend gives him momentum for next weeks’ Arnold Palmer Invitational as he’s looking for his first win since 2013.
