Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate has taken legal action against her aunt Pat Houston & her grandmother, Cissy.
Apparently the two, who were put in control of Bobbi Kristina’s affairs just before she passed, are not handling her assets the way her estate says they should be.
Bedelia Hargrove, who is the administrator of Bobbi Kristina’s estate, filed the lawsuit with the Fulton County Supreme Court on Feb. 4 for “breach of trust.” The estate is set up to cover all of Bobbi Kristina’s expenses and assets that she left behind, including bills. But based on the lawsuit, Pat and Cissy have refused to pay up for ANYTHING because it is not “reasonable.”
Hargrove said in her complaint, “Respondents are impairing and impeding the proper administration of the estate. To date, the respondents have failed and refused to pay any expenses of administration of the estate after proper and repeated demands from the petitioner.”
Hargrove also filed a lawsuit against Bobbi Kristina’s longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon for “wrongful death.”
She was found unconscious in the bathtub of her Roswell, Ga. home the two shared together. The incident led to her death roughly six months later.
