Very sad news for the Houston and Brown family this evening as it has been confirmed that Bobbi Kristina Brown has died.

The Houston family released an official statement to Entertainment Tonight just moments ago.

“She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months.”

Bobbi Kristina’s health condition became the center of headlines after she was found unconscious in her bathtub on Jan. 31. She was rushed to North Fulton Hospital in Roslwell, Ga. before being put on a medically induced coma at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Ga.

She was then taken to a rehab center two months later before transferring to a hospice center on June 24.

Pat Houston, Bobbi Kristina’s aunt and sister-in-law to Bobbi Kristina’s late mother Whitney Houston, released a statement later that day.

“Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is God’s hands now.

She turned 22 on March 4.

Please join us as we pray for the Houston and Brown families as well as those close to Bobbi Kristina.
