Researchers at John Hopkins University came up with this “Fit Treadmill Score” that gathers your fitness level to predict your risk of dying. Researchers claimed that your fitness level is the most powerful prediction of survival over diabetes, family history, or premature death. Very interesting but we already know if you live a healthy lifestyle that consists of being active you will have a longer life span.
