Tamar and Vince were in New York for a meeting with her record label. Despite being over five months pregnant, she was ready to work and refused to miss a beat. She was getting ready to embark on a promotional tour for her new single and upcoming album and wondered how she would be able to hide her growing belly from the public. Tamar and Vince decided that it was time to release another single very soon and while Tamar wanted “Hot Sugar” to be the second single, Vince insisted on “The One.” We all know how that argument panned out, and it looked like Vince made the right decision considering that Tamar’s single, “The One” was a huge success!

After spending time in New York, they all jetted off to Chicago to start the promo tour. Tamar was nervous about performing in front of her fans for the first time since becoming pregnant and feared that everyone would think she was fat instead of carrying baby Logan. Aside from her weight gain, Tamar was also worried about the sound system not working, wardrobe malfunctions and everything else that could possibly go wrong before a performance. After a mini meltdown backstage, Tamar got herself together after reassurance from her hubby and hit the stage, giving an amazing performance.
