Wow, that’s according to TMZ.com. Billy, whose real name is William Bretherton and his girlfriend were arrested in April when they were caught with synthetic marijuana and a smoking device. (No it wasn’t 4/20 either). Both parties plead guilty and as a result Billy was sentenced to 60 days in jail.
