Coach Bruce Arians stepped up BIG time for the Indianapolis Colts this year and the football world has definitely taken notice.

Some have even suggested the offensive coordinator who became interim coach while Chuck Pagano underwent treatment for leukemia should be named ‘Coach Of The Year’ by the NFL. Arians led the young Colts team to a 9-1 record while he was coach.

The Indianapolis Colts’ offensive coordinator will meet with the Chicago Bears Sunday, the San Diego Chargers Monday and Philadelphia Eagles Tuesday.

Arians, 60, has been in the NFL for two decades but this is his first opportunity to interview for a head coaching job. He said it would have to be a great situation for him to leave the Colts.

“I have a great job and I love my job,’’ Arians said, “so it’s going to have to be a perfect fit for me to leave.’’

Arians also said he would like things resolved by Friday.
