Blue Ivy will be ruling her nursery solo for the foreseeable future.
On Wednesday night, Jay-Z addressed fresh rumors that his wife Beyonce is pregnant with baby number two, less than ten months after the arrival of daughter Blue Ivy.
“Are you having another baby?” E! News asked the rapper-mogul, 42.
“Tonight?” he replied. “No.”
As E! continued to press him, the hip-hop star (real name: Shawn Carter) continued to be emphatic: “Not in nine months. Absolutely not. Not in one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight or nine months.”
Although there’s no second pregnancy just yet, the “Love on Top” singer “definitely wants more kids,” a pal told Us Weekly of Beyonce, 31, whose next gig is 2013’s animated film Epic. “Jay wants a boy next so they can have one of each. They’re ready for a baby whenever it happens.”
