OMG…this is not good. According to TMZ.com Tisha and her hubby Duane Martin have been sued by the bank for more than $430k over a home equity loan. Wow!! I know Duane is just now starting to shoot scenes for the new BET comedy, The Real Husbands of Hollywood, but I don’t know if the check has been cut.
According to legal docs obtianed by TMZ…Tisha and Duane took out a $625k home equity loan on a waterfront property in CA; however at the time they still owed more than $730,000 on their first mortgage to another lender.
