The disgraced comedian, who fell from grace after getting caught up in a sex scandal, has been battling a deteriorating eye disorder called keratoconus.
Messages were singed with hate, comparing her to Harambe the gorilla and sexualizing parts of her body.
Tweeting her frustration, designer Christian Siriano came to the rescue, offering to outfit the long-legged chocolate beauty. And, boy, did he deliver.
Siriano told The Baltimore Sun via email, "I love Leslie and I'm a huge fan of her work. ... Hopefully I will see her in my studio this week to make something new and exciting for her to wear. I support all women no matter age or size."
