A rep for “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Sheree Whitfield is taking the gossip site Media Take Out to task regarding a story claiming the reality star is dating Atlanta actor Chris Tucker.

In denying the story, Whitfield’s publicist Carlos Scott says the Web site is misleading readers by “using a photo of them together on the red carpet of a charity event Saturday as the pretense for generating such a rumor.”

“They don’t have a relationship like that,” Scott told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Rather, they met on the red carpet at the United Negro College Fund Mayor’s Masked Ball at the Marriott Marquis downtown, agreed to photos and spoke for a couple of minutes. Whitfield is not dating anybody, he added.

Meanwhile, the same Web site is reporting that former “The Young and the Restless” star Victoria Rowell may be added to the Atlanta “Housewives” cast next season, following rumors that Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes may not return due to stalled contract negotiations.

But NeNe told Sister2Sister magazine that she and Kim aren’t going anywhere.

“This is all I can tell you,” Every housewife has been invited back,” NeNe says, while adding that she does have other options. But her contract with Bravo doesn’t allow for her to take them unless the network fires her. If she quits, she’ll have to wait until the contract expires.

“They try to lock you in for a number of years,” Leakes explains. “We all signed up for a third season when we signed on from day one. If anybody has been fired, nobody knows anything about it. We know nothing about it. I don’t know where the rumor came from.”

As for the rumors that R&B singer Usher’s ex, Tameka Foster, is joining the cast, Leakes had something to say about that, as well.

“No. Tameka is definitely not coming on,” she says. “They don’t know who’s coming on, but it’s definitely not Tameka because she–whatever Usher did, she can’t do the show.”
