*A news anchor for the NBC affiliate in Los Angeles clearly mouthed the F-bomb on live television this morning – and the footage has now gone viral.
Chris Schauble was responding to the airing of a wrong tape package during his report about Jaycee Dugard, the woman who was kidnapped and held for 18 years.
The video shown, however, was of Abby Sunderland — the 16-year-old girl who went missing for several days last month while trying to sail solo around the world.
The video was cut short as Schauble explained the video mixup to viewers. When his co-anchor began talking, he mouthed “What the f*ck?” before realizing he was in a two-shot and still being filmed. [Watch clip below.]
NBC L.A. tells TMZ: “This morning one of our morning anchors mouthed an inappropriate word on air. It was inadvertent and we regret the error.”
