Actor Cuba Gooding Junior is pleading not guilty to accusations that he inappropriately touched a woman. He turned himself in to the NYPD Special Victims Unit on Thursday afternoon. His attorney Mark Heller says his client did nothing wrong. The Oscar-winning actor was charged with a misdemeanor after a woman accused him of groping her at a Midtown bar on Sunday. Gooding is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
