Stocks are up in a big way on Wall Street. Investors seem to be happy that a tentative deal has been reached on Capitol Hill to avoid another government shutdown. There are also signs of life in negotiations for a trade deal between the U.S. and China. At the closing bell, the Dow was 373 points higher to 25-426. The Nasdaq climbed 107 points to 74-15. The S&P 500 gained 35 points to close at 27-45. Stock in beauty company Coty had another huge jump Tuesday. It gained more than 12 percent, which makes for a nearly 40-percent jump over the past five days.
