A new poll of some key battleground states spells good news for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton. The NBC News-Wall Street Journal-Marist poll has Clinton with a five point lead over Republican rival Donald Trump in Florida, 44-39 percent. The survey of registered voters puts Clinton above Trump in North Carolina by nine points, 48-39 percent. Clinton’s lead in Virginia is 13 points, 46-33. Virginia Senator Tim Kaine is Clinton’s running mate. Clinton is up 14 points in Colorado, 46-32 percent.
