The creator of Fox’s hit show “Empire” is facing legal action from a woman claiming she inspired the show’s leading lady. Legal documents obtained by TMZ show that the woman is suing Lee Daniels for 300-million-dollars. She says her life mirrors that of Taraji P. Henson’s character, Cookie Lyon. She believes Daniels got hold of her story after she gave a screenwriter a copy of a memoir she’d written.
And just think, season two hasn’t even started yet.
