The stage is set for tomorrow night’s BET Awards at the Microsoft Theater at L.A. Live in downtown Los Angeles. Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj both earned a leading six nominations while Lil Wayne and Beyonce have four nods each. Other artists receiving nominations include Iggy Azalea, John Legend, Rihanna, Sam Smith and Kerry Washington. Janet Jackson will receive the inaugural “Ultimate Icon — Music Dance Visual Award” while Motown legend Smokey Robinson will be honored with a lifetime achievement award. The ceremony will be co-hosted by Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross and starts at 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time.
