The Customer Service Representative position will require researching and responding to customer inquiries in a fast paced environment/ call center that focuses on providing superior service while valuing the customers’ time. The customer service position will entail reviewing and updating customer records on computerized data base in multiple systems. Resolving problems and refer to responsible parties. Performing due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication.
Responsible for taking inbound calls to process customer payments, answer customer questions & provide billing solutions
Responsibilities include assisting the third party financial institutions calling to make changes to customer’s insurance policies
Must be dedicated to resolving the customer’s inquiries accurately and efficiently, to ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied with our products and services
Prior Customer Service experience in fast paced environment is necessary
Call Center experience preferred
Must possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills as well as the ability to review, record & organize data while speaking on the phone
