After enduring a tough political fight, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu won re-election on Tuesday. The ballots showed that Netanyahu’s Likud Party garnered almost 30 seats in Parliament, surpassing their rival, the Zionist Union alliance. Netanyahu’s road to victory was far from easy. There was a hard-hitting campaign that focused on his shortcomings and the public opinion polls clearly showed his party wasn’t favored. “I am proud of the Israeli people that, in the moment of truth, knew how to separate between what’s important or what’s not and to stand up for what’s important,” said Netanyahu. Dick Cheney on President Obama: ‘He’s Playing the Race Card’

During a recent interview, Former Vice President Dick Cheney said he believes President Obama is playing the race card. Cheney claims that both President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder question people’s racial motives when they are criticized. He also said he believes Michael Brown’s death was blown out of proportion. “It seems to me it’s a clear-cut case that the officer did what he had to do to defend himself,” Cheney said. Read more.

Henson recently shared how she gets into character: “I made up a lot of the one-liners, but that’s because they give me such creative freedom. Which is rare for television, because in television you have to stick to what’s on the page,” she said. “But this is a very creative bunch … It’s why I came back to TV, we work with the writers and they take our input and they put it in the script.
