Technology - social media etc. sometimes we don't take the time to focus on our relationship - we get more involved in other peoples relationships local and national - Let's face it - online - Facebook - Twitter etc. it can be addicting just watching and reading other peoples posts - Couples need to take time during the week to turn off technology - and social media - and take it old-school before we even had that stuff we would talk relax watch a movie together - Find certain times to turn off all technology and turn on your partner - if you know what I'm saying.
