Honda is expanding its recall of cars because of air bag problems. Honda announced late Thursday that it’s widening three earlier recalls to include cars from the 2001 to 2006 model years. The recall involves cars that were sold or registered mainly in humid areas. Those areas are where the air bag inflators are believed to be most prone to rupturing. This recall covers certain Honda-branded models and Acura-branded models, as well. Here in Indiana, you may want to check where your car came from, if you purchased a pre-owned vehicle.
