CPS has broken its silence concerning claims that they are investigating Will and Jada Pinkett Smith after a picture surfed of their 13-year-old daughter, Willow, laying in bed with a shirtless 20-year-old (actor Moises Arias). While they couldn’t reveal any details about the case or if there was one at all, they did detail the process of filing a complaint.
They told Hip Hollywood:
“When our Child Protection Hotline receives a call from anyone alleging suspected child abuse or neglect and they provide specific information that supports that allegation, we take appropriate action,” DCFS’s Neil Zanville tells us. “Anybody can make a call … And if they wish so, remain anonymous. Teachers, doctors, therapists and nurses are mandated reporters and are required by law to report suspected child abuse.”
