*Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have yet to finalize their divorce, but they’ve quickly finalized the sale of their home, reports Zillow.
This week the reality star and her estranged basketball player husband sold their Tarzana home to “Big Bang Theory” actress Kaley Cuoco. According to reports, the offer was for $5.49 million, which was the list price for the home. The property was listed for sale on Jan.10.
Kardashian did a complete overhaul of the Mediterranean-style home, remodeling every inch of the 8,400-square-foot house — down to the fixtures. Kardashian and Odom bought the home back in December 2009 for $3.9 million. View more pics of the home here.
In other real estate news, Jay Z has listed his former apartment in Brooklyn for $870,000.
The 1,000-square-foot place at 560 State Street is name dropped in his song “Empire State of Mind.” It recently received a full remodel, likely changing it drastically from when it doubled as his “stashbox.”
The 1900-era apartment building itself underwent a rehab in 2005, when Jay-Z’s unit first sold for $598,014. The unit is a duplex, has two bedrooms upstairs and a large, open living area on the main floor.
There are six over-sized windows and 10-foot ceilings. It also comes with air-conditioning — an amenity that was not there back in Jay Z’s day.
“560 State Street marries the inimitable charm of a bygone era with every modern convenience,” the listing notes.
