Since Michael Jackson’s death his mother Katherine and three kids have tried to claim that AEG Live and Dr. Conrad Murray should be held accountable for the singer’s tragic death. The Jacksons claimed AEG Live negligently hired and supervised Dr. Conrad Murray and these actions lead to MJ’s death. AEG claimed MJ hired Dr. Murray and what went down was a secret to them as well.
The verdict is in…The Jackson family can’t hold AEG Live accountable for MJ’s death because Dr. Conrad Murray was found to be competent.
According to TMZ, the jury said they felt Dr. Murray was competent to be a general practitioner but that he may not have necessarily acted ethically.
One juror said, “That doesn’t mean we felt he was ethical. Had that question been in there, it could have been a different outcome.”
