No matter what kind of awful mistake you make at work, it probably won’t be as bad as this.

An employee of a bank in Austria was fired after dropping 90,000 euros (nearly $117,000) in cash off a bridge into a river, Agence France-Presse reports. The worker was transporting the cash between branches when he stopped to fix a flat tire and placed the bags of cash on a steep slope and promptly watched the money fall.

Believe it or not, this isn’t the first time a worker has misplaced their employer’s cash in a bizarre accident. Last year, a Maryland convenience store employee lost a bag full of “a large amount of cash” after he drove off with it on the roof of his SUV, according to CBS Washington.

As for the cash lost in the river, police told AFP that it would be “absolutely senseless”for treasure hunters to search for the money. But if residents come across it by accident, it’s possible they’ll return it to the bank. More than 70 percent of survey respondents told The Guardian that they would return a large sum of cash if they found it. And there are countless examples of Good Samaritans doing just that.
