Fans will soon pay more to go to Colts, Pacers and Indians games. The Indianapolis City-County Council voted 16-to-12 Monday night in favor of increasing the admissions tax from six-percent to ten-percent. The City-County Council also voted in favor of increasing the rental car tax to 17-percent.
