Halle Berry Files Restraining Order After Thanksgiving Blowout

Halle Berry is allegedly taking her ex Gabriel Aubry back to court after the model and her fiance Olivier Martinez got into a blowout brawl on Thanksgiving morning.

According to TMZ, the actress, 46, is seeking a restraining order against Aubry, who she believes is a threat to their daughter Nahla after starting the fight with Martinez in front of the 4-year-old. Although a judge issued an emergency order of protection — requiring Aubry to stay 100 yards away from Berry, Nahla and Martinez — that order expires Tuesday, and Berry is taking no chances.
