Controversy continues to follow congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. in the middle of his federal case. While he was re-elected with 63% of the votes, Jackson, who was first elected to Congress in 1995, is being investigated for using federal funds for personal use. He’s currently working out a plea deal that may involve jail time.

CNN senior analyst Roland Martin spoke with Chicago Sun-Times columnist Mary Mitchell, (who says loyalty from Black voters is what got the congressman re-elected) about the case and what is likely to happen.
