Don’t Worry So Much

One piece of dating advice for women that everyone should remember is that having a relaxed and worry-free attitude towards dating makes it much more fun for everyone. See it as simply a night away from home where you don’t have to watch re-runs again. Make your goal friendship, not love interest, for the beginning. If you don’t hear back from him it’s ok.

Stay True To Yourself

While it’s always great to express an interest in someone else’s hobbies, it’s not smart to drop all of your own interests to be around him. Moreover, don’t drop anything, just because you think it will make him like you better. Maintain all of your friendships and encourage him to do the same. By having your own life and interests, you become a more interesting person to be around.

Look For Red Flags

When relationships go wrong, many people say that they saw the warning signs, but chose to ignore them. Don’t ignore them. This doesn’t mean that you have to pick the man apart or jump on every difference between you. But when you see the red flags, trust your intuition about how serious they are. Don’t be afraid to be the one who says, this isn’t right for me, he isn’t right for me.

Accepting Faults

On the other hand, just because he has faults doesn’t mean it’s deal breaking.  You shouldn’t go into the relationship thinking you can change him or that he will change once you get married, regardless of what he says. Instead, if you decide to pursue the relationship with the fault still glaring at you, decide to ignore it or put up with it.
