The TJMS Report: Halle Berry Goes to Trial

Remember that one time that Halle Berry went HAM on the paparazzi?  Well today Halle Berry is scheduled to appear in court, and that incident has a lot to do with it.

As part of her on-going child custody battle, Berry is attempting to convince a judge to let her move her 4 year old daughter Nahla to Paris.  This is despite the adamant objections of her baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry.  Anyone who’s ever been involved in a child custody battle knows that judges aren’t really down with letting one parent move a child far away from the other…unless there are special circumstances.  Well Berry is claiming that her “special circumstances” are that it is unsafe for her daughter to live in the United States, due to the “danger” of constant paparazzi harassment.
