Begin by understanding that men can get moody, too. Women often like to believe that they have some type of ownership on “moodiness.” The truth is that men can have a bad day every now and then just the same as women can. Let your man come to you when he has a problem. A common belief many women have is that men don’t like to talk about feeling and emotions. This isn’t necessarily true. Men just need to do so on their own terms. When you constantly bug your husband or boyfriend about this, he will most likely just clam up more. Give him time, and he will talk when he is ready.
