“Mother and baby are fine…Everyone is happy,” a source tells the site. The boy gave Hill quite a scare when he was born with his umbilical cord wrapped around his neck, BlackCelebKids.com says.

The singer, who already has five children with Rohan Marley (son of reggae legend Bob Marley), first hinted about her pregnancy during a concert at L.A.’s Club Nokia in April. “I keep having these children. I don’t know if I’m the most fertile woman in America,” she said.
