Ye, the artist formerly known as Kanye West, is facing a new round of disturbing allegations from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who has updated her lawsuit to include accusations of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and other serious misconduct.

Pisciotta, who worked closely with Ye between 2021 and 2023, originally sued him for sexual harassment and wrongful termination. But in a newly filed amended complaint, she goes much further, alleging that Ye repeatedly abused and manipulated her during her time as his employee.

The lawsuit paints a grim picture of what Pisciotta says she endured while working for the rapper. According to the filing, Ye made frequent obscene remarks about her body, pressured her to wear tight and revealing clothing, and regularly groped her. She also alleges that he forced her to watch him engage in sexual acts with other women, sent her explicit photos, and demanded she send similar images of herself. On multiple occasions, Pisciotta claims Ye demanded she join in on his sexual encounters—requests she says she firmly rejected.

Among the most serious accusations, Pisciotta says Ye once attempted to penetrate her with his fingers and, in another instance, orally raped her without consent. She also accuses him of forcibly kissing her, grabbing her by the throat, and attempting to offer her up sexually to others in exchange for access to their partners.

The lawsuit goes on to claim that Ye used false promises of career growth to try to manipulate her into complying with his demands—an alleged tactic she says amounts to sex trafficking. When she continued to resist, Pisciotta says Ye retaliated by firing her and launching a campaign of harassment.

In earlier legal documents, Pisciotta also accused Ye of drugging her during a studio session with Sean “Diddy” Combs and claimed he once forced his way into her hotel room, attempting to push his naked body and genitals toward her face. In another disturbing allegation, she says he locked her in a room and masturbated in front of her.

After Pisciotta initially filed her lawsuit, she claims Ye took further action to intimidate her. According to her legal team, Ye hired someone to “SWAT” her, meaning he allegedly made false reports to emergency services in order to have police and investigators sent to her home. Pisciotta says that within days of filing the original complaint, she was visited by law enforcement multiple times under false pretenses, including reports of child abuse.

Ye’s legal team has strongly denied the accusations, calling Pisciotta’s claims “baseless” and accusing her of attempting to extort money. They say she was fired for being unqualified and for making unreasonable demands, including a reported request for a $4 million annual salary.

While Ye has yet to respond personally, the allegations continue to raise serious concerns about the conduct of one of the most high-profile figures in music and fashion. As the legal process continues, Pisciotta says she is seeking accountability for what she describes as an extended pattern of abuse and manipulation.
