INDIANAPOLIS — Indy Metro Police are investigating after five people were hurt in a crash involving an IndyGo bus Tuesday afternoon.

Officers say the bus and a car crashed near North Capitol Avenue and West Walnut Street. Five people were apparently taken to the hospital as a result of the incident.

At this time, it is not clear what led to the crash, or what the conditions are of those who were hurt.

Another crash involving an IndyGo bus happened in the Circle City about three weeks ago.
