She not only rules the stage, but Queen Bey proved she also runs the music industry on December 13 when dropped her self-titled visual album, Beyonce. The surprise of it all is just one more reason we love Mrs. Carter.
Biggest Beef of 2013: Kanye vs. Paparazzi
It’s been a big year for Mr. West. He became a father, proposed to the love of his life, ended his relationship with several top brands and had a fight with the paparazzi – just to name a few things. Seems as his beef with the paparazzi was the highlight of all beefs this year. It was bigger than the Drake and Breezy and Erica and Mama Dee to you. Kanye, you ARE the man!

It seems Kendrick Lamar, Biggie, Nas nor Jadakiss can compete when it comes to being a dope lyricist. Although 2Pac is gone he still reigns king of the mic when it comes to the mic.

You can make all the jokes you want, but when the votes were tallied Drake was the one laughing. Though he was the butt of many jokes this year, Drake proved with his 2013 album that he’s got talent beating J. Cole and Jay-Z out for having the best album of 2013.

Tamar Braxton proved that you can’t hold a good woman down. What is meant for you will be for you! The baby sister of Toni Braxton dropped her much anticipated project and we were in love! She had record breaking sales in the first week and hasn’t looked back. Good job Tamar!
Biggest Event of 2013: Trayvon Martin Verdict
2013 was the year of many events. From the 50th Anniversary of the March on Washington to the government shutdown, there was a lot to talk about; but, nothing was bigger than the Trayvon Martin verdict.
