Dwayne Parson would have to be happiest man in the world to just pay $1 a month in back payments of child support in thirteen years. Mr. Parson signed the birth certificate thinking he was the biological father but he took the DNA test and the test was negative. The Virginia Judge gave a judgement that Mr. Parson had to pay back the child support of $23,000 with a $1 month for 1’000 years.
Parsons said the judge seemed sympathetic. He ruled Parsons won’t have to pay nearly $200 a month in child support – instead, Parsons will pay just $1 a month, interest free.
