Margot Lee Shetterly, who is the author of the book that inspired the film which carries the same name “Hidden Figures” is visiting Indiana on this busy Wednesday. That film was nominated for an Academy Award on Tuesday in the Best Pictures category and landed a Best Supporting Actress nomination for one of its three leads, Octavia Spencer. Shetterly appears tonight at Purdue University at the Stewart Center in the Loeb Playhouse on campus in West Lafayette at 7:30 p.m. Eastern. It’s free and open to the public.
