Nick Cannon is in the rumor mill once again. This time he’s rumored to be dating TLC member Chilli aka Rozonda Thomas. The two have been spotted hanging out and kissing but Cannon denies that the pair are dating. He called himself “damaged goods” and “who could date him?” But still spoke highly of Chilli saying she was “hot and amazing.”
