Earlier today, the FIFA Women’s World Cup Championship game between USA and Japan took place. Team USA started off the game ready to win by scoring two goals within three minutes, and Carli Lloyd scored three goals giving her a hat trick. The score was 4-1 before the half. Today’s 5-2 win over Japan makes this the third World Cup title for Team USA, and no other country has ever won three World Cup titles. Congrats Team USA!
