Pharrell premiered a new song titled “Freedom” at the Glastonbury Music Festival. He tells the corwd, “This is the first time playing this song here. I want to have a moment. I want you guys to make this a memorable moment tonight. I don’t care how much money you have, I don’t care what family you were born into, you need freedom.”
The song has a very upbeat feel too it, similar to “Happy,” but the lyrics are much more serious. The song is very catchy with Pharell wailing “Freedom” throughout. “Freedom” was part of the exclusive Apple Music release that took place two days ago, and you can also purchase the official video through iTunes.
