Indiana Governor Mike Pence inked it into law and though it does have supporters, his doing so has unleashed a firestorm of reaction from around the country saying that this will open the door to legal discrimination against the people of our state who can be refused service if the business owner has a religious objection. Indianapolis power-house legal husband and wife duo, Attorney KiKi Gaither of the Law Office of KiKi Gaither and Geoffrey Gaither, Magistrate, Marion County Juvenile Superior Court spent some time with me to provide legal analysis of Indiana’s new Religious Freedom Restoration Act, what it really is and isn’t, its implications and the fallout.
