Naptown’s own Mike Epps has been tapped to star in ABC’s upcoming comedy series “Uncle Buck.” “Deadline” reports that Epps will play the title character — an immature adult who has to learn how to grow up while caring for his brother’s children. Nia Long will also star in the series as Buck’s sister-in-law. The show is based on the 1989 film of the same name, which found John Candy in the title role. Amy Madigan, Laurie Metcalf and Macaulay Culkin also starred in the film.
