Indianapolis Public Schools is operating normally on this cold Tuesday in the city, (according to its website). Most township schools are also operating normally, however other school districts, like Hamilton Southeastern, Carmel-Clay and Hamilton Heights School Corporation are on two-hour delays. Lone-standing schools like Carpe Diem Meridian and Herron High are also delayed.
