Many school districts across our listening area including Indianapolis Public Schools are on a two-hour delay due to frigid sub-zero windchills on this frosty Monday in Indy. A wind chill advisory is in effect. Wind chill temps are dropping as low as 20 below zero today. The high today will struggle to hit double digits (it may reach around 10 degrees) and will be about 30-degrees below normal.
