Tyra Banks is getting sued by former America Next Top Model Contestant, Angelea Preston who claim that she was suppose to be the winner of Cycle 17 back in 2011.
She claimed that the reason she was not selected was because they found out she used to be an escort. She is suing Tyra For $3 Million. Sources say that she filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit in LA.
